A bit about myself...
I’m a Cambridge-based UX designer focused on solving some of the most challenging DevOps problems within the Salesforce ecosystem. My mission is to make complex technologies accessible by breaking down barriers to adoption through intuitive design and research.
Speaking of research, I care deeply about it. I emphasise asking the right questions to get the right answers to some of the biggest challenges in the tech space. It’s crucial that we validate our ideas—ensuring we’re not just receiving empty compliments about our designs, but instead crafting genuine, effective solutions.
My introduction to user experience began during my undergraduate studies, where the principles of interaction design sparked my interest in creating meaningful experiences for people. This eventually led me to UX design for software, and since then, I’ve been on a journey of creative problem-solving to help users achieve their desired outcomes.
